Engine Failure Cause: Inspected vehicle for engine light on, oil pressure warning light on and rattle from engine. Checked oil pressure on MMDS and found oil pressure to be zero. Removed engine sump and found oil pump chain broken and oil pump seized due to oil pickup blocked. Removed number four big end bearing and found to be worn out.
