This has happened to me and a couple friends before. Sometimes when you buy a membership or redeem a code on xbox one or series x/s, it doesn’t recognize you have a membership on 360 games for a day or two. Redownloading your profile through the 360 guide fixes it sometimes. Very annoying. Try redeeming your code on the xbox website next time.
Each new slide has to be downloaded from xbox servers plus if you browse the game marketplace all those slides and pictures and info. Call of Duty is sending MANY packets to your router every second. Everytime somebody takes a step, a packet has to be sent from that persons xbox to yours so that their location can be correctly relayed to your xbox.

Actually, Modern Warfare 2 has swung back around in recent years and you can find decent matches in the Team Deathmatch playlist most days, but the other three are dusted.
