Gothic Total War: Chronicles of Myrtana. After you installed the main mod, you can apply the NH Patch over it. Just overwrite everything when requested and you can, finally, explore the Gothic universe! As regards further development, the goal now is to release small patches from time to time. I will focus on one feature each time.
REQUIREMENTS TO PLAY GOTHIC TW - Medieval II + Kingdoms Expansion (preferably CD version instead of Steam) - Game Version: 1.5 - Sufficient space on your H-D - Decent Graphics Card: the mod now uses sharpened textures for environment, poligons and other components which may require more in performance
(gothic 1 is a bit more choppy, but its still cool, gothic 2 is similiar to Chronicles of Myrtana, [because it is based on the same engine]) The only disadvantage of this game that There isnt a magic guild you could join. (but magic build is still possible,) [Some mechanics from Chronicles arent in the other games, like making arrows, cooking etc]

Looking at minimum spec I assume that at least the DX11 install will be optional. To play Chronicles of Myrtana on Steam you need to have installed Gothic 2 Gold Edition, then add Mod to your library, download it, and click play in it's page, hopefully without errors. It sounds like that - like other mods on Steam.
